As we move ever closer to the #FormTwentyOne exhibition, we’re in the basement designing our window/wall vinyl signage and a portable poster wall (all that archiving paid off) for the exhibition at Blackall Studios, 73 Leonard Street London EC2A 4QS from 8th-13th June. See here for more details: http://www.form.uk.com/newsletter/

The studio was a frenzy of excitement yesterday as freshly printed invites and running sheets of the FormTwentyOne book arrived on our doorstep. Special thanks to Danny and all the team at Push for the printing, and Alison at Antalis McNaughton for the lovely paper!

To mark Olympia's 125th anniversary Form & EC&O Venues have commissioned Rob Ryan, Peter Blake and Sanna Annukka to create celebratory artwork inspired by the venue. Then a competition was launched to find a fourth piece in the series. Today saw competition winner Paul Hick's artwork unveiled along side the previously commissioned pieces during a special event at the Spirit of Summer Fair, Olympia. The artwork will be revealed to the public next week so check back for more info!

#FormTwentyOne book pass on press at @Emma_at_PUSH @Ant_McN

On Thursday 11th we spent the day at Push Print passing the #FormTwentyOne book on press.

We don’t want to leak too much about the book just yet(!) – but it is printed five colour, and it’s printed on Rives Sensation (matt bright white) and Truecard cover by Antalis McNaughton – a beautifully tactile uncoated that really pings colour...  Here are a few images of the day.

Lara Jade: "Material Girl 2"

When time allows, we invite experts in the fields of image making, design and production to talk us through what makes them tick to our studio. This gives us the opportunity to spot new talent and potentially build relationships for future projects through illustration, photography, 3D image making or motion graphics.

Emma from Balcony Jump popped by to show us a stunning array of talent in portfolios by photographers Claudia & Ralf Pulmans, Oskar Cecere, (Form favourite) Benedict Redgrove and a mini revelation: Lara Jade's portfolio. Lara's work captured my imagination so immediately, I asked her in to Form two days later to see her work while she was in town and talk to her about her inspirations, work ethic, trans-Atlantic workshops and social network exploits at just 22 (87,000 Facebook likes, 22,000 Twitter followers and counting…).

We talked about that indescribable 'something' about a great image that makes it a 'great image'. Lara has more than her fair share of those 'images' in her portfolio. Her editorial for The Fold and the 'Material Girl 2' shoot in particular contains pretty much everything I rate about a photoshoot. Extremely exciting to see a portfolio like this out of the blue.
